Mamuśka! Polish Kitchen and Bar

Mamuśka! Polish Kitchen and Bar is a contemporary Polish restaurant based in the heart of London. Loving everything Polish and combining it with a modern, industrial look making it more appealing to the London crowd, Mamuśka! bases it’s service on a traditional Polish Milk Bar concept – from operation to the classic, home-made and cooked from scratch meals.

I was working as both Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager – producing all printed and digital content needed (menu, leaflets, website maintenance) as well as taking care of social media (content + copy) and advertising and promotion.

Self ordering kiosk UI/UX

I designed screens and the customer journey for a self ordering kiosk for the restaurant, working directly with Tevalis (company providing complex restaurant managing systems).

The process involved adjusting provided basic wire frame to fit the unique menu of the restaurant.

Presentation folder with inserts

For attending a trade fair, I prepared the folder with inserts. The main objective was to give a sophisticated, serious look whilst showcasing the unique selling points in an easy and quick to digest way. I chose icons with brief descriptions. The back of the folder showing food in the top part highlighting that it’s a restaurant brochure, followed by a simplified map to point out in a clear way how unique and central location the restaurant has.

Social Media

Taking full ownership of social media channels, I provided images (photo-shoots, original art, stock), wrote copy, scheduled posts and interacted with customers. I was also in charge of running Facebook and Google ads.

Focus primarily at Instagram (a primarily photo led media)I have tripled the followers count, achieving up to fifty likes on each post.

Digital display screens

I designed the content for the digital display screens which are facing out to the street, advertising the products and informing of promotions and news.
